Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my YogiFi Mat?

All YogiFi orders are shipped internationally from India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after processing.

We primarily ship international orders via FedEx International Economy. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Estimated Shipping Time

  • India: 3–5 business days

  • United States & Canada: ~7 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: ~7–10 business days

  • Australia & other international destinations: ~7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local courier handling.


Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (Important)

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout. Customs authorities in your country may contact you directly to collect these charges before delivery. YogiFi has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance, as they vary by country.


Where does YogiFi ship to?

YogiFi currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European and Asian countries. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to remote areas.

We are actively working on expanding our global shipping reach. If your country is not currently supported, please email us at support@yogifismart.com, and we’ll do our best to help.


When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works:

  1. You place an order (takes just a few seconds).

  2. We process your order within 1–2 business days (orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day).

  3. Your order is handed over to our shipping partner.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Tracking issues

In some cases, tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking number isn’t working or hasn’t updated for a few days, please contact us at support@yogifismart.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Incorrect shipping address

If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please email support@yogifismart.com as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
