Affiliate Marketing Policy

Wellnesys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. values collaboration with affiliates and influencers to promote our products and services. This policy sets out the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for affiliates (“Affiliates”) participating in the YogiFi Affiliate Program.

 

1. Purpose

This policy ensures transparent, fair, and compliant promotion that protects both Affiliates and YogiFi from conflicts, misuse, or reputational risks, while enabling Affiliates to earn commissions through approved marketing activities.

 

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Affiliates will be onboarded through a signed Affiliate / Influencer Agreement with YogiFi.

  • YogiFi reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

  • Affiliates must provide valid contact details, tax information (PAN/GST in India or equivalent internationally), and payment details.

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

 

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote YogiFi products truthfully and without misleading claims.

  • Use approved YogiFi brand assets and messaging (or seek prior approval for new creatives).

  • Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with ASCI guidelines (India), FTC guidelines (USA), and other local laws (e.g., #Ad, #Sponsored, “Affiliate Link”).

  • Maintain professionalism and avoid content that is offensive, discriminatory, political, or harmful.

  • Respect YogiFi’s trademarks, logos, and copyrights.

 

4. Advertising & Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates may run ads to promote YogiFi, provided they:

    • Do not misrepresent themselves as official YogiFi representatives.

    • Do not use misleading ad copy or false claims.

    • Do not use “YogiFi” trademarks or misspellings as standalone keywords in search engine ads (e.g., Google Ads).

    • Clearly identify themselves as affiliates, not official brand pages.

  • Creative assets for ads should ideally be approved by YogiFi to maintain consistency.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Use cookie stuffing, bots, fake leads, or fraudulent clicks.

  • Offer unauthorized discounts, vouchers, or bundles.

  • Use adult, violent, or illegal content to promote YogiFi.

  • Engage in spammy or deceptive marketing tactics.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

 

6. Commissions & Payments

  • Commission rates will be defined in the Affiliate Agreement.

  • Commissions apply only to qualified sales (completed, non-fraudulent, not refunded).

  • Tracking is done via unique affiliate links, codes, or coupons issued by YogiFi.

  • Payments are processed monthly after a 30-day validation period.

  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000 (India) / $50 (International).

  • Payments are made via bank transfer, UPI, or PayPal depending on location.

  • Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 30 days of payout.

 

7. Termination & Suspension

YogiFi may suspend or terminate an affiliate if:

  • Policy violations or fraudulent activity occur.

  • The affiliate remains inactive for 3 months.

  • Affiliate activity poses reputational risk to YogiFi.

Upon termination, no further commissions will be accrued.

 

8. Content & Branding Guidelines

  • Affiliates should align with YogiFi’s wellness-tech identity.

  • Content should be culturally appropriate and regionally sensitive.

  • YogiFi brand assets may not be altered without approval.

  • Affiliates are encouraged to create authentic, positive, and community-driven content.

 

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates may access confidential YogiFi information (e.g., pricing, strategy, product roadmap). Such information must not be disclosed, shared, or misused.

 

10. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and guidelines, including:

  • ASCI advertising guidelines (India)

  • FTC Endorsement Guidelines (USA)

  • GDPR/Data Protection laws where applicable

 

11. Liability & Indemnification

  • Affiliates are responsible for their own content and marketing activities.

  • YogiFi is not liable for claims, damages, or disputes arising from affiliate activities.

  • Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold YogiFi harmless from any claims caused by their breach of this policy.

 

12. Amendments

YogiFi reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

 

 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India.

  • Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
